WHAT THIS IS
SMART Strength is an online strength training membership taught by Laura Terry, Physical Therapist, BA in Exercise and Sport Science, Yoga Teacher and a 53-year-old woman who understands the midlife body.
This program is designed to help you:

Each workout follows a simple, supportive structure:
Warm up (protection) → Strength (muscle & bone) → Recovery (rebuilding)

MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE
Foundation Membership $89/month
•One LIVE online group training session each month (1st Monday of the month, 6–7 PM EST — recordings available)
•One new 20–30 minute strength workout every week
•Monthly warm-up, recovery, and yoga videos
•Access to the member community for support, accountability, announcements, and education •Monthly auto-renewal (opt out at any time)
Foundation + 1:1 Coaching Membership $149/month
